2007-2009 - design and construction.
- Complete a full cycle of work to create a multifunctional complex with sports pools for competitions and a swimming training pool.
- Pools: 50x25 m swimming pool, 25x25 m diving pool with a 10-meter diving platform and an airbag. Water capacity: 5,000 m³ (40,000 m²).
- Developed design and estimate documentation, supplied equipment, and carried out construction.
- The facility was commissioned in 2009.
